HD brows is a unique treatment that has refined, developed and perfected the traditional brow shaping technique, transforming the way you look and more importantly, how you feel. Unlike other eyebrow treatments that use a ‘one shape fits all’ technique, HD brow stylists take into consideration a number of points to design the brows for each individual.
There are many steps to the HD Brow procedure and these include:
Assessing and consultation
Your official HD Brow stylist will complete a full HD Brow consultation prior to your appointment to help asses your face shape, colourings and your natural brow bone structure. From your consultation your stylist will be able to advise on the amount of treatments it may take for you to achieve the perfect HD brows and any aftercare you may need.
Some can achieve the perfect HD Brows from just one visit but more often than not a regrowth programme is needed. We focus on long term results rather than a quick hair removal and this is called the HD brow re growth programme. The re growth programme is perfect for anyone that has over plucked, or wants to dramatically change the shape or thickness of the brows.
Tinting
HD brows use a high pigment tint that gives longer lasting results compared to your traditional brow tint. Using a mixture of light brown, natural brown, grey, black and blue black colours, your therapist can create the perfect brows for your colourings. The tinting procedure includes all those “fluffy” hairs around the brows to ensure your stylist can include every hair that will make a difference. Before any treatment, a HD brow patch test MUST be carried out (for your health and safety) 24-48hours prior to an appointment. Please keep this in mind when booking an appointment as with out a HD brow patch test we cannot carry the treatment out (even if you have had HD brows in the past!)
Waxing
The HD Brow procedure includes waxing above and below the brows to give a crisp clean finish to the brows. Our HD Brow stylists will follow the HD Brow guide lines to ensure your brows are tailored to your specific face shape and structure.
Threading
This part of the procedure removes all those unwanted “fluffy” hairs to complete finish that crisp look to your brows- the difference with threading is incredible!
Tweezing
Your HD brow stylist will take specific unwanted hairs away to ensure not one hair is out of place in your perfect HD brows.
Finishing
Your brows will then be finished with HD brow make up (as natural or as defined as you have discussed in your consultation.) Your stylist will then show you one brow completely finished and one brow not finished with make up. This enables the stylist to show you any areas that may need thickening or hairs growing in. Your stylist will then also be able to show you how to finish your brows with make up correctly to carry on your perfect HD brows at home.
