We are delighted to announce that Little Luxury won TWO awards at the British Hair & Beauty Awards!!
After making it as finalists in to three categories Best Beauty Salon, Best New Business & Best Customer Service Experience we are delighted to say that we won TWO out of the three categories!!
The TWO categories that Little Luxury won are; Best New Business in the North East & West and Best Customer Service Experience in the North East & West. Customer service is something we strive to improve on and make better on every visit for our customers and so winning this award meant the world to us! My motto since beginning in the industry has and always will be “quality over quantity” and this is something I pass on to the salon and the team every single day.
Little Luxury and the team has grown INCREDIBLY in the past 12 months and I am so proud of the salon and the team for all of their hard work, passion, determination and drive. With out my fabulous team of therapists the salon would not be where it is today and I am honoured to have each and every one of them a part of the Little Luxury team. Each of my therapists receive fabulous feedback every single day and it is an honour to read the comments and share them to other customers.
The first stage of the competition was judged by our customer feedback and reviews on our website and Face Book page and so with out all of our lovely customers and their comments, feedback and reviews we could not have made it as finalists so thank YOU!!
Once it was announced that Little Luxury had made it as finalists in three of the categories (yes, I will admit I squealed and jumped up and down when i received the phone call!!) I then had to send in more information regarding the salon, the team, our past 2 years and our aims for the future. I put so much time into completing this information and it was whilst filling this out that I realised just how much Little Luxury has achieved in such a short space of time!
