Before you arrive…

It is always helpful when arriving for an appointment if you can arrive 10 minutes early, this ensures we have time to fill out your consultation card needed and start your treatment on time.

Finding us…

Little Luxury is situated on the main road of Old Liverpool Road, opposite Soapies car wash (you could even leave your car to be washed whilst in the salon!!)  We have parking on the main road outside the salon, but if it is super busy there is plenty of side street parking down the street before and after the salon.

Little ones…

We understand it can be hard to arrange child care sometimes or that you can sometimes be let down at last minute, and no one wants to have to cancel their pampering!! We just kindly ask you let us know prior to coming into the salon if you need to bring any little ones with you so that we can ensure we can cater for yourself, other customers in the salon and that it will be safe to have little ones in.

Safety first…

For ALL lash, brow and tinting treatments we require a patch test to be carried out 48 hours prior to your appointment. This is for your safety and to ensure you will not have any reactions to the products used. A patch test MUST be carried out when attending your first brow, lash or tinting appointment with us, whether you’ve had these treatments done at a previous salon before.

Under 16’s…

Due to insurance purposes, not all treatments are suitable for under 16’s and may result in your appointment not going ahead of needing to be changed. If booking for an under 16, please let us know before hand so that we can advise if this treatment is suitable and can go ahead.

Do we offer male treatments…

Yes! We offer a wide range of male treatments such as manicures, pedicures, brow waxing, back and chest waxing and massage. We have lots of male customers so please do not be concerned about booking in! We also have duo treatment rooms so you can book in with your partner and enjoy a little pampering together.

We understand everyone has accidents… 

All nail repairs needed within 72 hours of your appointment will be free of charge. Any repairs needed after 72 hours will have a small fee.

Do I need an appointment…

We are super busy and usually run on an appointment only basis. But SOMETIMES we have a few spaces available, it is always best to ring the salon prior to coming in to find out if we have availability that day!

How long do I have to use my voucher… 

All vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase, we advise to book in as soon as you can to avoid disappointment or any issues getting your appointment booked. Vouchers are non refundable and non transferable.

What if I’m unhappy with my treatment/visit?…

We hope this is never the case, and our full team always work to the highest standards and passion for each customer. But, if you are unhappy with your treatment/visit, we ask that you let us know straight away so that we can resolve any issues/problems as quickly as possible.

We do not offer refunds, due to our time and products already being used for your treatments. But we will always offer to resolve and rectify any issues by getting you back into the salon whether that be to re do your treatment, fix any problems or offer a discount on your returning visit. This is decided at managements discretion.
