We are still currently waiting for a re opening date from the government and hoping we will soon be given that date! Whilst were waiting, I have been super busy in the salon making the changes needed and at home catching up on the huge list of admin work I have to do as well! 

When we re open, things will be a little different (hopefully not for long) and how the salon will be a little different too. But don’t worry, we want to keep you and our team safe but we’ve tried to do this without losing the relaxing atmosphere we love to create! 

The photo above shows you the guidance that we will ask you to follow when visiting us. 

We have a huge list (currently up to 250) of customers waiting for an appointment when we re open. We will be contacting anyone that should have had an appointment with us during lock down first (in order of their appointment date) and once all these customers have been contacted and re booked we will be making our way through our second list of appointment requests. If you are not on our waiting list and want to be, please send us an email to littleluxury@live.com with your contact number and the treatments your wanting and we will add you to the list! 

When we do get a date to re open, it is going to take me (the team are still on furlough don’t forget) quite a while to make my way through that list and so we ask that you are patient whilst waiting for us to contact you. With the amount of people on the list, depending on where you are on the list, there may be a wait for appointments but we cannot promise or guarantee how long this will be until we start to make appointments. 

We really appreciate all the support and love we have received whilst being closed and I am SO excited to re open and see you all again! 🙂
