What makes Little Luxury different to any other salon in Warrington?

When we are looking to find a new salon for all of our nail and beauty needs I’m sure that is a question that we ask ourselves- but what makes them different, why should I visit that salon, aren’t they all just the same?

As a salon owner you always want to ensure your salon, your baby, stands out from the rest! So… how do we, Little Luxury, do that?

My motto since starting out in the industry has always been “quality over quantity”, as I’m sure you’ve seen in previous posts! And this is something that is practiced every second of the day in the salon. A “that will do” attitude is not ok for us or for our customers and we go above and beyond for everyone that walks through our doors. Wether it’s a quick visit for an eyebrow wax or a visit to have a full days pampering- I expect everybody to be treated the same and to leave the salon looking forward to their next visit.
When you visit a high end spa you expect to receive the best treatments, best customer service and the best experience- so why shouldn’t you receive this from your local salon?! Little Luxury offers the highest standards treatment, with therapists who are extremely dedicated, passionate and constantly wanting to grow and develop their skills. The nail and beauty industry is CONSTANTLY growing and changing and we love keeping up to date. Because let’s face it, who wants to see the same old gel polish colours on the wall on every visit or see new treatments and products being released and your salon not offer them?
In the past 6 months already we have introduced a new online booking system (did you know you can make your appointments online at any time of the day?!), a new gel polish range, TWO new lash treatments, a new skin care range, ANOTHER High Definition brow stylist trained and of course lots of new packages and special offers every month.

It was around this time last year that I started to look into our Spa’ Afternoon Tea package- something that hadn’t yet been done in a Warrington salon!

Our new online booking system sends every customer that has visited us an email to see how they enjoyed their visit and for any feedback (all of this can be seen on our website.) Little Luxury has in the past been described as a “little hidden gem” and we love this! In two years the salon has grown incredibly and we are constantly wondering what we will achieve next. Did you know… Our little hidden gem has a duo treatment room (again, one of few salons in Warrington to offer this) allowing us to offer treatments and packages to couples and friends wanting to enjoy some relaxation together. I spend a lot of time researching, gathering information and taking part in extra training to ensure Little Luxury stays on trend, up to date and a head of the game constantly- we don’t want to just offer the same as anyone else, we want to offer more!!

We like to hope all of our customers would agree and that everyone that comes though our door is looking forward to their next visit before they have left!
